（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣11日電）屏東縣佳冬鄉長龔日光與鄉代會主席、縣議員帶著150 名佳冬鄉民，前往隔鄰的枋寮鄉垃圾場抗議，指控地下水受到污染，環保局長魯台營表示，正積極為佳冬鄉設簡易自來水。龔日光等人指出，佳冬鄉豐隆村及昌隆村抽出的地下水都是混濁泛黃，洗澡不都敢洗，更別說拿來喝，鄉公所兩度行文縣政府監測水質及查明是否受污染，但縣府卻置之不理。龔日光、縣議員王啟敏及鄉代主席林秋谷和豐隆、萬隆村長等，今天率領約150人到枋寮垃圾場拉白布條抗議。龔日光並要求縣府應優先在豐隆、昌隆2村設置自來水。林秋谷炮轟佳冬鄉在垃圾場回饋金的3鄉中，回饋比例最低，回饋制度不合理。他說，縣政府目前補助新用戶裝設自來水2/3的費用，希望提高回饋金。屏東縣環保局長魯台營表示，佳冬鄉地下水的水色是因抽取淺層地下水，有過多的鐵、錳導致，枋寮掩埋場防水布規格相當高，附近地下水的檢測也都符合規範，並沒有超標的情形，縣府正積極協調為佳冬設置簡易自來水。1041111
